We returned to our room on the 10th floor, to find our door ajar. Theft at the Tulalip Resort casino We were robbed at the hotel, while we were downstairs having dinner and dancing. Overall a nice hotel but very overpriced in my opinion. The bellboys & valets offered superior customer service throughout our stay and were definitely a highlight.
I would suggest having soap available to guests who want to wash off a bit before heading up the elevator. There are 2 showers in the pool area & towels available. Even after showering twice I could still smell chlorine on my skin. There seemed to be a lot of chlorine in the water though.
The frequent use of these machines & staff having their breaks loudly chatting & having their smokes impacted our quality of sleep. In the light of day we found that our room was located directly above trash & cardboard compactors. We were awoken by what could only be described as the sound of trucks below our room. Not much for privacy :( Our room was located on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately you could clearly see through the decorative glass. The bedroom & shower area is separated by a beautiful glass door. This hotel has many lovely features but it not without it's issues. A friend & I booked this hotel 2 months in advance of our annual shopping 2-night get away.
